Refund, Exchange, Cancellation and Warranty Information

Refund and Exchange Policy We offer a 30 day refund or exchange on our pumps and other non personal products. Please call customer service at 650-738-9520 in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of the purchase date. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
Please note: Cylinders and other personal items (example Elliptical Restriction Ring) are not returnable due to health reasons. Return only authorized merchandise with RMA number to:

Order Cancellation Policy Please submit any cancellation via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or call our business office at 650-738-9520. Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, telephone number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out.
90-Day Warranty All products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 90-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by Vacu-Tech. Please call customer service at 650-738-9520 Monday to Friday 9 to 3 Pacific time for more information.
Shipping Costs Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us. We assume the cost of shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped USPS Priority Mail unless a rush is requested. The cost of a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
